About the position

Join our team as an Investment Adviser Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the financial affairs of high-net-worth families. As a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of finance and investment strategies, you will provide comprehensive support to our Investment Adviser team in wealth management, financial planning, and investment analysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with affluent clients, contributing to their financial success and long-term prosperity.

Known Requirements

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and create comprehensive reports on investment opportunities, market trends, and asset performance.
• Collaborate with wealth managers and advisors to develop customized investment strategies tailored to the unique goals and objectives of individual families.
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk exposure to ensure alignment with clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of investment strategies, including asset allocation adjustments, portfolio rebalancing, and tactical asset allocation.
• Perform due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including alternative investments, private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic trends to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients and team members.
• Manage administrative tasks related to client accounts, including account openings, transfers, and documentation.
• Program and parametrize in-house systems and platforms, feeding them with data and personalizing internal and external reports.

Education and Experience Requirements

• College Degree (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of financial services products.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• English (Fluent and Mandatory).
• Series 65 (Desirable, but mandatory after 3 months of hiring).
• One or more years of industry experience (Desirable).
• Portuguese (Desirable).
